The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms has officially determined that the Firequick Launcher is a "non- firearm". Please feel free to download a copy of this letter and utilize it as needed in your organization.

Firequick Products, Inc. is the only manufacturer of Firequick flares and launchers. All products are patented. Currently Firequick Products has engaged a single Distributor, Wildfire Company. This letter will confirm that information if needed.
