If you are unsatisfied with your product you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase from Firequick Products, Inc. We cannot accept returns on any item purchased through another supplier.
Once your return has been thoroughly inspected we will notify you of the status of your return.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and are subject to the card issuers terms and conditions. No shipping charges will be refunded.
If a refund is not approved we will ship the item back to you at your expense.
FLARES AND CARTRIGES ARE NOT GENERALLYABLE TO BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. FLARES AND CARTRIDGES REQUIRE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION TO SHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH CFR 49 REGULATIONS. DO NOT SHIP IF YOU ARE NOT CERTIFIED. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR FLARE OR CARTRIDGE ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ASSISTANCE.
